When contacting Technical Support, please provide the following information for the fastest possible service:

  • Your name, your company name, and telephone number
  • Product code (e.g., MDC0100) and registration number
  • Exact product name and version number
  • Type of operating system (e.g., Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000 SP3, etc.)
  • Version of AutoCAD or Autodesk Building Mechanical (e.g., AutoCAD 2004, Autodesk Building Systems 2004, etc.)
  • Complete description of the issue, including steps to reproduce it
  • Exact wording of any messages displayed when you encountered the problem
  • Steps taken to resolve the problem
  • All previous email threads with Marinsoft about the issue, if any
